PLEASE NOTE:
The registration deadline for symposium and workshops is August
15th, 2009. After this date, a 25% surcharge will be assessed. To
help us plan for this event, we encourage early registration. Cancellations
after August 15th, 2009 will incur a 25% processing fee.
